Ben Tatton, Development Surveyor, has joined the committee of OxProp NextGen, an initiative created to support and connect the next generation of commercial property professionals across Oxfordshire.
OxProp NextGen was founded in 2022 by Liv Thomas and launched to build a strong, inclusive network for those at the start of their careers in the property sector.
The group focuses on cross-sector networking, professional development, events and access to valuable CPD opportunities, helping members build skills, connections and confidence as they progress in their careers.
The committee is made up of 10 ‘next gen’ professionals from a broad range of sectors and organisations that help drive the Oxfordshire economy. Acting as a key point of contact for the wider group, the committee plays an important role in shaping the direction and activities of the network.
Membership of OxProp NextGen is free, with a dedicated WhatsApp group and LinkedIn community available to join, making it easy for early-career professionals to connect, collaborate and share opportunities.
Ben’s involvement reflects Bicester Motion’s ongoing commitment to supporting talent, collaboration and the future of the property and development industry across Oxfordshire.
