The final Scramblers event of the year, taking place on Sunday 15 December, hopes to raise £1000 for two local charities when Festive Four-Wheelers hits the road for a parade.
Comprising Bicester Motion team members, onsite specialists and Pegasus members of Scramblers, a line-up of around 100 four-wheel drives full of festive cheer will tour the surrounding villages in aid of StarterMotor and Alexandra House of Joy.
StarterMotor is an automotive charity based at Bicester Motion that champions the classic car industry to the next generation, promoting the skills and jobs it offers. Alexandra House of Joy, meanwhile, is a Bicester-based organisation working to build a day centre with eight bedrooms for respite, medical critical care, and end-of-life support for adults with learning disabilities.
The line-up will gather on the Main Drive at 4:30pm and at 5pm the first car will roll out of Gate 1, navigating through the surrounding area before passing through town and back at Bicester Motion.
Tickets for the initial Assembly and to see the parade gather and depart are available exclusively to Pegasus members. Proceeds from tickets will be donated to the charities.
A live band will be present, along with a selection of stalls and festive-related food and drink. For further details about how to get involved, contact hello@wearescramblers.com.
