Bicester Motion has been shortlisted for a raft of awards both locally and nationally, recognising the breadth of the ever-growing business.
As many as six awards could be returning to Bicester Motion from a busy few days in London in the summer alone. First, at JW Marriott Grosvenor House on Park Lane on Wednesday 8 July, Bicester Motion is one of seven finalists in the Outstanding Placemaking category of the Commercial Property Awards, previously the Property Week Awards.
The award is all-encompassing for the site, celebrating ‘a mixed-use development scheme that has regenerated or physically improved the built environment on and around a particular site, disused building or location’.
At the following night’s Construction News Awards at the same venue, Bicester Motion is in the running for Client of the Year – a category in which the site could double up on one night. Across town at the Hilton Bankside Hotel, Client of the Year is one of four categories featuring Bicester Motion and construction partner of Phase 1 of the Ranges Kier in the Constructing Excellence London & South East Awards.
Nominations were also received in the Integration & Collaborative Working and Delivering Value categories, plus the prestigious Building Project of the Year.
Bicester Motion could arrive at the ceremonies with one award already secured, having been shortlisted for the Large Business Award in the Oxfordshire Business Awards. The nomination is exactly a decade on from success in the Savills Property Award category at the Oxfordshire Business Awards. Oxford Brookes hosts the 2026 edition on Friday 12 June.
