We’re pleased to share two senior appointments as we continue to grow and evolve at Bicester Motion.
Emily Crossley has joined as HR manager and will bring extensive experience in human resources, recruitment and compliance.
Emily’s 15 year career includes most recently working for Dean Close Kingham Hill School, Oxfordshire, and prior to that, with Active Education Group. In both roles she was responsible for the safe recruitment, selection and induction of hundreds of staff annually.
At Bicester Motion, Emily will oversee HR and recruitment practices to ensure compliance, best practice and continue a strong people-focused culture across the estate.
Joining alongside Emily is Danny Curtis, who will take up the role of estate manager, and will bring more than a decade of experience in estate, facilities and building management across high-profile commercial portfolios.
Danny has joined from CBRE, where he most recently served as regional facilities manager and estate manager and oversaw more than one million sq ft of built space and two and half million sq ft of managed area, which included the Silverstone Park estate. During his time there, he managed significant service charge budgets, led multidisciplinary teams of up to 10 staff, and delivered complex projects across office, industrial, retail and residential environments.
His career also includes senior roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, Cushman & Wakefield, MJ Mapp and Amey, where he developed deep expertise in contractor management, tenant engagement, health and safety compliance, budget control and large-scale fit-out and refurbishment projects.
In his new role at Bicester Motion, Danny will be responsible for the operational management of the estate, to ensure exceptional standards, strong stakeholder relationships and the continued sustainable development of the site.
Daniel Geoghegan, chief executive officer, Bicester Motion said: “We warmly welcome Emily and Danny to Bicester Motion. Both bring outstanding experience in their respective fields and will play key roles as we continue to support our specialist companies, grow our community, and invest in the long-term future of this unique estate.”
