Equinox (Equitable Innovation Oxford) is a major regional partnership brought together by the University of Oxford and over 70 public and private sector partners.
The initiative aims to unlock locally anchored, nationally significant growth by connecting world-class research, industry leaders, investors, and communities to turn discovery into real-world impact. Its focus is on building an equitable innovation environment where businesses can scale, talent can thrive, and investment can flow, benefiting people, places and the wider economy.
By signing the Equinox Charter, Bicester Motion commits to supporting shared efforts to attract investment, tackle barriers to growth, and work collaboratively to ensure that innovation delivers sustainable benefits for communities across the region.
