Escapade, the real estate development-led platform operating at the intersection of motorsport, real estate and lifestyle, has chosen Bicester Motion for its new headquarters.
Founded in 2021 by Will Tindall and Jerome Darker, Escapade is a pioneering hospitality brand creating design-led hotels, residences, clubhouses and immersive experiences at the world’s most iconic motorsport circuits, and is behind the acclaimed trackside hotel at Silverstone Circuit.
The company has taken space across the Motor Bays and the Protected Long Bay in the Motor Transport Yard, putting its new HQ at the centre of activity. The MT Yard’s natural amphitheatre setting will draw in audiences during Bicester Motion’s renowned Scramble events, starting from the event on Sunday 26 April.
The open-plan layout combines with full-height glazed frontage doors to create a seamless connection between inside and out, enabling Escapade to host product launches, talks and curated experiences alongside its day-to-day design, development and operational activity.
This blend of workshop, studio and showcase space will reflect Escapade’s broader ambition to build a globally recognised platform that extends beyond hospitality into a connected ecosystem of places, experiences and products rooted in motorsport culture.
Will Tindall, founder, Escapade said: “Bicester Motion offers something genuinely rare - proximity to world-class talent, heritage and innovation, all in one place. For us, it’s not just about having a base; it’s about being part of a community that is actively shaping the future of motorsport and automotive culture. As we expand our platform, this environment gives us the right foundation to grow, collaborate and create.”
Escapade’s decision to locate at Bicester Motion reflects the estate’s position at the heart of Motorsport Valley, to provide direct access to a dense network of engineering expertise, supply chain partners and pioneering businesses.
The move comes as Escapade advances its next major project at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, with an anticipated opening in 2028, alongside the continued evolution of its in-house design studio and lifestyle offering, which will span events, collaborations and apparel.
Daniel Geoghegan, CEO, Bicester Motion said: “Escapade is exactly the kind of ambitious, design-led business that belongs at Bicester Motion. Their work at Silverstone has set a new benchmark for how people experience motorsport, and their vision for what comes next aligns closely with our own – bringing together heritage, innovation and community in a way that creates real energy on site. The Motor Transport Yard is the perfect stage for that and we wish them the very best of luck.
“As we continue to grow our community of more than 50 pioneering businesses and 500+ people, Escapade’s arrival helps to reinforce our role not just as a place to work, but as a destination where brands, ideas and audiences come together – on and off the track.”
