Footman James has launched a search that surely – surely – has our name written all over it.
During the recent Coffee & Chrome Collective meet at Chateau Impney, Footman James announced its ‘quest to find the UK’s Classic Capital’.
Nominations are to be submitted online, with entries closing on Sunday 10 September.

Without wanting to promote the competition too much, the Classic Capital search is open to venues and locations big and small. Perhaps your local has a regular and vibrant car meet, perhaps you have a favoured stop-off on every drive, or perhaps somewhere like Hethel, Longbridge or Abingdon deserves the mantle.
"We know how important the places that hold space for our classic community are and we want to recognise them," said Charlotte Moseley, head of marketing at Footman James.
"If you have somewhere special that you love to take your classic, or somewhere in mind that screams passion for classics, then please let us know so we can celebrate them!”
