Parking
If you were lucky enough to get a display pass in the ballot, you'll know you need to be here by 8:15am. On approaching the venue, follow the orange symbol displayed on the highway signage, and have your orange vehicle pass clearly displayed in your windscreen with your entrance tickets to hand for the stewards. Miss that 8:15am cut off and you'll be directed to Hangar Green, where the Pegasus Priority Parking area is.
If you didn't come through the ballot, you'll need to enter via Gate 8 on Skimmingdish Lane for the quickest entry to Pegasus Priority Parking area. In order to access priority parking, please follow the Green symbol on the highway signage and clearly display your green membership sticker in your windscreen. Our stewards will then scan your entry tickets on arrival.
Hangar Green is the big patch right by Hangar 113, where we've held a few Assemblies. It's number 1 on the map.
Free coffee
To claim your free coffee, head to Cafe 144 opposite Hedley Studios, Auto Wax Works in the MT Yard or the Heroics truck on the Main Drive with your coffee QR code. You’ll find this in the app or in 'My Profile' on the website. It gets you one free drink at each event.
Don't forget, your event tickets don't appear in the app. Instead, you need to download from Universe by Ticketmaster or from your emails.
