Bicester Motion is recruiting an experienced event manager to deliver the busy calendar of self-managed and third-party hire events.
Day-to-day duties will involve responding to and developing site-hire enquiries, managing the proposal through to delivery – on time and within budget. Weekend work is to be expected, along with conducting site tours for prospective event hosts.
Excellent organisational, logistics and communication skills are required, along with an ability to work well and problem solve under pressure. Knowledge of ticket platforms, contacts, health and safety compliance, regulations and delivering large-scale events is a must, too. Experience working with external suppliers such as the Safety Advisory Group is preferred.
