StarterMotor and REVS-Limiter have teamed up to offer two worthy recipients the chance to join the Pilgrim Tour across Wales in October.
The winner, who must be nominated before 31 August, will share the keys to StarterMotor’s Morgan Plus 4 with their chosen co-driver for the weekend and receive free accommodation for two nights and fuel for them and their Morgan.
The REVS Pilgrim Tour retraces the ancient routes traveled by pilgrims in their thousands to the edge of their world: Bardsey Island. The drive is the brainchild of Bicester Motion Station Chaplain Adam Gompertz, but faith is not a pre-requisite for entry. Anyone, of any or no faith, is welcome.
To put someone forward for the spot, an explanation of why they should be chosen must be sent to revs@revscommunity.org.
Perhaps they are a car enthusiast who has endured a particularly tough time of late, or at some point during their life, and require a distraction like nothing they’ve ever experienced before.
“The tour was a great experience of time out from what seems to be an ever busy and stressful life,” said last year’s winner. “A better way to put it would be ‘a pause from my hectic lifestyle to refocus on what life is.’ Adam’s reflections provide the perfect focus to unwind and leave work and life stresses behind. Thanks so much for all you do to make these events so great!”
The Pilgrim Tour takes place after a familiarity session at Bicester Motion on Friday 10 October.
