The third and final Scramble of 2026 sold out within 22 hours of going on sale – not in record time but not far off. The event takes place on Sunday 4 October at Bicester Motion.
It is the second fastest sell out for the event in its 12-year history, following April reaching capacity in 11 hours.
Once again, more tickets than ever sold during the presale, open exclusively to Pegasus members in the week leading up to the spring event on Sunday 26 April.
October’s event will mark half a century since RAF Bicester closed, having first been created in 1926 – a milestone celebrated at the April event with a series of displays. The site closed in 1976, the year in which the Mercedes-Benz W123 and BMW 6-Series was launched among others.
More details of displays and celebrations will be announced in the coming weeks and months, while the ballot for displaying on the avenues will be opened to Pegasus members soon.
