The second edition of Off Duty has landed, just in time for the second Scramblers Assembly of the year. The magazine launched in January 2025, exclusively available to Pegasus members of Scramblers.
Issue #2 is hard to miss, with the vibrant Blue Diamond Riley Services Kestrel van being celebrated on the cover. The one-of-a-kind machine is no show pony, as John Lomas explains at length in the lead feature.
The car was a star guest at the most recent Track Social in March, and there’s a photographic recap of that morning, too.
Also inside is the story of the 1970 World Cup Rally, the winner of which was the central feature of the Euros Assembly last summer. It was that which spawned the most famous Escort of all, the Mexico.
Plus, there’s the briefly Tom Walkinshaw fettled Alpina BMWs and a look at Jeep’s brilliantly bronze CJ-7 from the October Scramble.
Issue #2 is included free in every Pegasus membership pack and a limited number of copies will be available at the June Assembly on Sunday 29 June. Tickets are exclusively available to Pegasus members, who also receive one pass for free. Head to the calendar to book and to ‘My Profile’ to upgrade.
