Show season has moved up a gear and there are plenty of reasons to visit Bicester Motion this summer.

Pegasus members’ summer is bookended by two Assemblies, the first taking place on Sunday 29 June.

In August, meanwhile, the bank holiday Assembly returns on Monday 25 but a BBQ and ‘bikes have this year replaced the BMWs of previous years. Anything goes on the display spaces, and we’re working on a few special additions to make a day of it.

Tickets to both Assemblies are exclusively available to Pegasus members and each Pegasus member gets one pass free. Additional tickets are £10. Not a Pegasus member? Upgrade and you’ll be able to instantly get your free ticket and make £10 of your £69 back.

That first Assembly follows Tesla Owners UK’s annual summer extravaganza, taking place on the airfield and Experience & Demonstration Track on Saturday 28 June. Tickets are £40 for non-Tesla members.

A brace of modified car events will be taking place, with Rollhard’s sixth edition on 3 August. Curation is king for the Rollhard events, with the Technical Site also in use and its interwar red-brick aesthetic contrasting the wonderful array of cars on show. Tickets are £28 per adult – you’ll have seen Rollhard at the Scramble and know it’s worth every penny.

Before that, DRIVE-R will launch its Unified event on Sunday 20 July. The Experience & Demonstration will be pressed into action and up to 500 show cars are expected. Tickets start at £25.

The weekend after Rollhard, on 9 August, Pistonheads returns for its third Annual Service powered by Michelin again taking over the Technical Site and airfield. The whole spectrum is covered, from classics to hypercars to even those with their own thread on the Pistonheads forum.

Hagerty’s RADwood switches back to Bicester Motion at the tail end of the summer, with 1980s and ’90s cars descending on the airfield on Sunday 23 August. Hagerty will be hosting three more Hangouts at its Clubhouse on the second Tuesday of the month. Next it’s 8 July, followed by 12 August and 9 September.
