The 2025 Scramble season wrapped in sold-out style on Sunday 5 October, with more than a century’s worth of machinery on display across the Bicester Motion site for thousands of visitors.

The central display celebrated Reboots & Restomods, bringing together modern models alongside their former namesakes, including forthcoming BMW iX3 with a 1971 BMW 2000 ‘Neue Klasse’, critically acclaimed Fiat Panda and Renault 5, plus older reboots such as the Mini and Volkswagen Beetle. Also among them were restomods such as the TWR Supercat, the debut of Theon Design’s latest commission and more.

Elsewhere, Alfa Romeo showcased its current range, offering test drives on local roads, while Adventure Automotive did likewise with its INEOS arm.

BMW UK marked the launch of the M2 CS with an expansive display of M cars through the years, from iconic 3.0 CSL ‘Batmobile’ to Chris Harris’s revamped M5 Touring.

Top Gear magazine gathered stunning hypercars from Maserati and Aston Martin, with the UK’s first GT2 Stradale and Valkyrie Spyder, and Royal Enfield’s remarkable Kingsman custom was a highlight among its collection of motorcycles. Also on display was its 1901 Quadricycle, seen puttering around the site at times.

Online magazine The Intercooler celebrated the Porsche 911 with a GT3 Cup car and forebear 964 from Sports Purpose, plus GT3 Touring and Prodrive’s Group B SCRS among others, while Polestar UK celebrated its fifth birthday with an early look at the 5 surrounded by each model since its launch.

Around 150 members of Scramblers lined the avenues, offering a typically eclectic array from Lamborghini Diablo and Porsche Carrera GT to Honda N-Box kei car and classic campers.

Tickets to the next Scramble, which takes place on Sunday 11 January, have been on sale for the past week to Pegasus members of Scramblers, the Bicester Motion membership, and general sale opened at 10am on Monday 6 October.

Half a century of Tom Walkinshaw Racing will be honoured in Hangar 113, from Le Mans winning sports cars to humbler road cars, with 40 years since Group B on the central display.
