Just six months on, the finished building more than lives up to expectations and is a sleek, modern addition to the Bicester Motion estate.
The 90,000 sq ft headquarters has already been secured by YASA, the Oxford University spin-out now owned by Mercedes-Benz Group. This state-of-the-art facility will power the next generation of battery innovation while creating around 400 new jobs.
Phase 1 sets the tone for what is to come. The Ranges will ultimately feature four more cutting-edge buildings, cementing the site's reputation as the go-to destination for ambitious, high-quality businesses right in the heart of Motorsport Valley and the OxCam corridor.
