Bicester Motion’s new Innovation Quarter is designed to house industry leading technology firms in purpose-built headquarter buildings. With uninterrupted views and access to the airfield, test track and open space, our Innovation Quarter is a visionary place to accelerate business and technology growth. Construction starts Q2 2024, with Phase 1 due to complete in 2025.

Mobility Experience
The Experience Quarter will house leading mobility brands, where the latest technology can be showcased. From two to four wheels, on and off road across multiple routes.
WILDERNESS QUARTER
WILD WELLBEING AT MOTION
Focusing on health activities and wellbeing, our Wilderness Quarter is a new country reserve for estate occupants and local residents, complete with lakeside, tourism-led overnight stays and homes.
Go Wild
Wilderness will be home to multiple day-out activities, from waterborne fun and nature trail discovery to time spent unwinding on the lake shores.
